 Attention Voters in the City of Prescott, Town of Dewey-Humboldt, and the Inscription Canyon Ranch Sanitary District - Tuesday, November 5, 2019 Election Information 

• Yavapai County Recorder, Leslie Hoffman would like to remind voters about important information regarding the upcoming Elections for the City of Prescott, Town of Dewey-Humboldt, and Inscription Canyon Ranch Sanitary District being held Tuesday, November 5, 2019. 

• To be eligible to vote, you must register by Monday, October 7, 2019. Please visit the Yavapai County Recorder’s Office at 1015 Fair St. Rm 228, Prescott or 10 S. 6th St., Cottonwood to register in person Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or visit to register online until 11:59 p.m. 

• All registered voters that reside within these Districts are eligible to vote in this Election. Ballots will be mailed to all eligible voters on Wednesday, October 9, 2019. Be sure to sign your affidavit envelope in your original handwriting. 

• Election materials cannot be forwarded – If you have changes to your residential or mailing address (i.e. no longer have a post office box, rural route, or receive your mail at a location other than your residence) please contact our office at 928-771-3248 or visit to update your voter registration by Monday, October 7, 2019. 

• The last day to request and be mailed a ballot is Friday, October 25, 2019. Please call 928-771-3248. 

• Voters may vote a replacement ballot or vote early in-person beginning Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at the Yavapai County Recorder’s Office 1015 Fair St. Rm 228, Prescott Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and till 7pm on Election Day Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Proper identification is now required. 

• When returning your voted ballot, please consider using one of our Official Ballot Drop Boxes located at the Yavapai County Administration Building, 1015 Fair St, Prescott City Hall (Inside), 201 S. Cortez St, or Dewey-Humboldt Town Hall, 2735 S. State Route 69. This saves our county 60¢ per ballot in tax dollars.
