Burglary at Family Dollar From Hole Knocked in Wall

Detectives seeking Suspect(s) in Family Dollar Store Burglary 

Between the hours of 3 AM and 6 AM on January 15, 2019, an unknown suspect or suspects cut a hole in the rear exterior wall of the Family Dollar store, 19600 Hitching Post Way, Cordes Lakes. 

Once inside, the suspect attempted to force entry into the safe but was not successful. After stealing items kept behind the checkout counter along with some of the video surveillance equipment, the suspect left through the emergency door which set off an alarm. 

Deputies and detectives discovered a suspect’s shoe impressions outside and tracked them back to the vicinity of the Cordes Junction Motel in the 19700 block of Hitching Post Way. No suspects were found during the initial investigation.
