Casino Night Benefits BASIS Prescott Teachers

Event to raise funds for teachers & educational programs.

On Saturday, February 4, 2017, BASIS Prescott Boosters is hosting a Casino Night fundraiser, from 6pm - 10pm at the Prescott Resort Ballroom. All proceeds from the event benefit the BASIS Prescott Boosters.

The BASIS Prescott Boosters is a parent volunteer group that exists to support the teachers, students and school by donating money to the Annual Teacher Fund and providing special educational material for the classrooms and other needs the school may have.

Cost is $40 per person, or $75 per couple. Games include blackjack, roulette, craps, poker, and more, including a silent auction.

Recently, BASIS Prescott Student Erika Gustafson was named a Semifinalist for the 2017 class of the Coca-Cola Scholars Program. With the 2016 class, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation will have provided more than 5,700 Scholars nationwide with over $66 million in scholarships. Erika Gustafson ranks with approximately 1,900 high school seniors who are in the running for 150 college scholarships worth $20,000 each. Students are selected to advance to this next phase based on academic excellence, leadership and service demonstrated in school and community activities.
