Breaking news: Former employee of the City of Prescott Neil Cornelius Campbell is in custody.


Neil Cornelius Campbell was arrested for alleged Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

Until recently, Campbell was employed as a parking enforcement officer by the City of Prescott. According to Police Officer Dave Fuller, “Mr. Campbell has been terminated as an employee of the Prescott Police Department and City of Prescott.”

According to Yavapai County Sheriff’s spokesperson, Dwight D’Evelyn, Campbell is being held without bond. D’Evelyn provided the booking photo used above.

Campbell was taken into custody at the end of August.

The matter is being investigated by the Prescott Valley Police Department, which has not yet responded to questions.
